After a two year mission to forage the NZ landscape for aromatic native plants that best compliment a classic dry gin, Chris and Stu settled on Kawakawa, Horopito and Manuka, making it a quintessentially NZ gin. Juniper and floral notes followed by citrus, pepper and ginger spice on the palate and a vibrant aromatic finish.

Ti Kouka Forest Gin features Ti Kouka bark, Kawakawa, Horopito, Tarata, Harakeke, and Manuka - all of which are grown onsite at Sandymount Distillery. Ti Kouka opens with a sweet, mossy aroma.
