Aromas of dark berry and satsuma plum cleverly supported with spicy mocha, liquorice, vanilla, and pepper. The aromas are mirrored by the flavours on the palate with dark chocolate undertones and silky tannins in the background.

A proprietary estate red blend sourced mainly from the warm, inland soils of Bridge Pa Triangle and Gimblett Gravels. Wonderfully fruited and elegantly complex, the bouquet shows blackcurrant, sweet cherry, cedar, thyme and warm spice aromas, leading to a gorgeously flavoursome palate offering succulent fruit intensity together with silky texture and fine-grained tannins. This is a smooth and fruit orientated Gimblett Gravels blend. Deep purple in colour, it has a bouquet of dried herbs, red berries and subtle hints of cedar from a period of barrel maturation.

Central Otago's cool climate consistently produces exceptional red fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, but with concentration and length to match. This wine is layered with black and red berry fruits, complemented by blossoming aromas of dark plum.
